HR sent me an email, then we had a 15m video chat. After that I got a project to make which took me 8 hours. After that I got 3 interviews with 3 group of people which took 1 hour each. After 1 week, they told me I not a good fit. The most time wasting interview process I ever had. If you can't afford or choose the right person, just don't wasting their time. The company's problem is more than that, it has been 3 years since their started and they achieved nothing. So a note for those Unity developers who already had a successful career, don't waste any time on them, for those who don't, plz lower your price and join to make it worse.
