What a joke. I was given an initial screening by a recruiter who makes sure all the boxes are checked and then the hiring manager sends a personality assessment. Even though it is mentioned that the personality test is one aspect of the hiring process, if you don’t get a “favorable score” then the hiring manager won’t even talk to you. I have experience in this vertical, multiple years experience in sales, and higher education…yet my competence was measured by a generic personality test. Truly haven’t had one of those sent to me as a deciding factor in my competence level since I was a receptionist in college. It’s truly pathetic and quite frankly, shows me that I’ve dodged a bullet and that the company prefers sheep over strategic business-minded sales reps.

A Fortinet Recruiter reachout. The interviews were across three rounds, each with different Fortinet team members. But after the last round of interviews I was ghosted and never heard back from the recruiter despite following-up with them.

The interview process was smooth and easy. The onboarding questions were open ended. It started with basic questions, and then shifted to job roles, experiences . The reason for the shift and expectations.

El proceso fue muy amigable y empatico, desde el inicio se sintió la bonita energia que se maneja en la compañía, fue un proceso en donde tuve la oportunidad de conocer a diferentes roles de la compañia lo cual me dió una visual mas completa de la empresa
