Contacted by Recruiter in US. Had two calls with him, which went well. He arranged meetings: One with APAC Recruiter, one with APAC HR. The recruiters were very kind and professional, but the HR was not very professional at all. Even though they called me and I was not an active job seeker, the HR shared my profile to people to obtain informal references, which could damage my position in the market. It seems HR does not like recruiters from my very initial impression of our meeting.
