Entrevista
after submitting my application online on their career site, I got invited to an onsite interview. the interview process started with a 1-hour technical test. then, I got interviewed by 3 people from the team. Basically, they will ask you about the experiences you listed on the resume, and some Javascript Fundamentals.
Behavioral Interview with HR
The first stage involves a conversation with HR to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and alignment with the company’s values and expectations.
Technical Take-Home Assessment
Candidates are then given a technical challenge or case study to complete independently. This evaluates their problem-solving approach, technical proficiency, and ability to deliver quality work within a set timeframe.
Team Interview
Successful candidates are invited to meet with the team for a more in-depth discussion. This may include reviewing the take-home assessment, technical questions, and getting to know how the candidate collaborates and communicates in a team setting.
Offer
Finalists who demonstrate strong potential across all stages will receive an official offer to join the team.
