Final stage 3 part Assessment centre; program background, team activity, speed interviews 8 x 2min. No technical questions but past experience, dealing with projects / conflict / etc. Super nice people really relaxed and fun environment.

The interview process consisted of an Assessment Centre where you are split into groups and do a group activity, then you undertake a 'speed dating' interview process. The whole process was a good experience, great vibe from the FMG Team.

Online screening process which led to in person interview which comprised of:
- 30 min group activity based around memory and working in a team environment.
- Followed by 6 x 5 min interviews with 6 employees asking a different question.
