Two months after I applied, they reached out for an interview. I interviewed over the phone and was then invited to come in office, where I was interviewed by the manager and a person in the position I was applying to, and then given a tour of the facilities. I got the impression that work-life balance is a struggle for the position so I ultimately declined their offer.
