Had a 1 hr interview that included a brief portion with HR and the rest with two engineers. The part with the engineers was detailed and thorough, but overall a good interview experience. I received an offer about a week after the interview. However there were some paperwork issues as you have to be a citizen and can't have double citizenship to work for Robotic Research, even just an internship. As soon as I received the offer, I responded with paperwork questions and a resolution for me to be able to work with them. Both of the HR POC's I was in contact completely disappeared and stopped replying to my emails. I called their office everyday for two weeks but I never got a response from HR, just the secretary that answered the phone. I declined their offer because of the lack of professionalism and common decency. The work at this company is very interesting and the engineers that interviewed me were friendly and seemed like great coworkers. However, I would not recommend this company given my experience with HR.
