Entrevista
First interview with a nice Ukrainian woman. Second one was a tech interview with an Engineer. The guy was expecting me to know everything from Coding, Architecture, DevOps and all the possible domains of life where you could create a web app about. Feedback from tech interview was the most absurd I ever read: Basically the guy didn't want me in his team because I wasn't an expert in DevOps (not listed in the job description) and because I had no experience in the app domain (even having 20+ years of experience in lots of other domains). These two "requirements" were not included in the job description they sent me (They contacted me on Linkedin)

Entrevista
The interview was very relaxed and casual, it was more like a conversation. They asked me about my responsibilities at work project. Also asked what kind of tasks I developed at the project. Everyone was very friendly. The process moved very quickly.
