They contact you via Email to set up a in person interview then you get interviewed by 3 people in a room who ask you a series of questions and they write your answers down as you say it aloud. After about a few days you get a call offering the job position and they tell you the salary AFTERWARDS. The salary was the lowest they offered because I did not have direct tax experience however, I had a Business Administration degree and took courses within accounting. None of that mattered though.. My current job position is paying me more than this job was offering so I kindly declined.
