      Entrevista

      Initial interview over teams/google-meet for 30 minutes just to get to know you a little bit. Second interview, on site, it can be a couple of hours long, attendees are team-lead, Vice President and HR manager, mostly HR interview is during the end in the same interview. The real hurdle is the personality test, they have out-sourced this portion to another company and the person in that company is not easy to talk to, is rude and one can sense the hatred that person has for ethnicity(at least this was my observation/feeling). Just one advice, if you give your references to that person who conducts the personality test be careful, in my case that person didn't only turned the hiring team against me (I know this because I had a feedback interview/discussion with the team before they announced the decision and the Vice-President was a little rough, they were supposed to be three in the interview, one didn't attend, one didn't switched-on the camera at all(Vice President) and the third one was polite and handled it in a decent way(team-lead), Vice President in that meeting commented to me "just look at your resume, the tasks you were doing in your previous jobs and look at the tasks you are doing now, we don't see the growth", like Vice President didn't view my resume until one reaches this final stage and have someone talked to my references) but the next day when I met my references, my references also had harsh feelings for me and avoided talking to me, I believe that the person who conducted the personality test did something fishy. The person conducting the personality test is very hard to talk to, one feels if one has committed a crime and is under interrogation.
