The application process consists of several telephone interviews, an on-site interview and a presentation. Prior to each stage you are very well informed- and prepared by a recruiter. After each stage you get the opportunity to recap together with this recruiter, something I experienced as very pleasant and helpful. Big thumbs up to all people involved in the application process.
