Interview was bland - interviewers were literally reading questions off of a piece of paper. They seemed disinterested and not happy to be there. No effort to personally connect and no expression of their interest in the organization and why it might be a great place to work / a great team to join. Seemed like they were just "going through the motions."

First was a phone interview then was called in for an in person interview. Phone was technical and in person was more behavioral based. In person interview was several hours long and there were several different personnel who came to conduct it.
