The interview process here was informal but unnecessarily long. During the interview process there were a lot of questions but not a lot of substance. The job requirements were remedial, but leadership tried to sell it as if the job would be difficult. I went through multiple rounds of interviews (must have been 4-5) with various leaders here on the US as well as European side being asked roughly the same questions at each turn. In total, the interview process took about 3 weeks.

I actually applied for another position that I ended up filling. But during the first interview we both agreed on that I would fit much better in the other open position that they had. And that was the position I ended up in after the second interview.
