The best interview process I've ever been through. I had a 3 stage interview process consisting of a screening interview, a technical interview and a cultural fit discussion. The whole process from my first meeting with Claire, right the way through to the job offer and everything in between was exceptional. I had opportunities to be open and ask questions where needed and I felt challenged during the technical elements.
