The interview process for ForgeRock was similar to that of other IT companies. I advanced to the second interview and felt really good about the process; however, after waiting nearly three weeks from the time of my second interview, I heard absolutely nothing from the hiring personnel despite my multiple attempts to reach out. Finally, after sending yet another email to the hiring team, I was greeted with an automated message informing me they were "looking for candidates with a slightly different skill set." All in all, I felt the interview process with ForgeRock was extremely unprofessional and it was evident that they did not respect my time as I did theirs. If you are looking for a company that reciprocates the time and effort that you put into process I would recommend looking elsewhere for employment.
