Interview process was a breeze, called within a week of receiving resume to set up interview time, spent all day at the offices meeting with several different ppl, but when it came down to it, they were not willing to negotiate on salary nor benefits package. It was very disappointing and frustrating. A very successful, international company refused to even budge on the offer. Not only that, but they require you to submit a copy of your W-2 to verify your current/past salary, which means that they pretty much pigeon-hole you.
