There was a job fair for the new Forever 21 opening up at the Tyler Galleria. I went on a Friday, showed up early and had to wait in line for 2 hours before I was able to get in a group interview with 9 other people! The interviewer was looking at his phone most of the time and hardly made eye contact with anyone. It was hard to get a word in with 9 other people competing to speak in this 10 minute interview. Anyway, I thought I did fine, I was the only one in the group to have full availability and the interviewer asked me about that several times. He remembered my name, so I figured I would get a call back but didn't. He informed us that if we didn't get a call back, we were welcome to go back the next time they had a job fair and try again.

It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
