Smooth, few stages process. First I was asked to do a telephone screening interview, where they asked me questions about my past roles and why I wished to work at this company/job. Then I was invited to an in-person interview, 1 interviewer and 1 person taking notes, they were both very friendly and asked a series of job-related questions before finally giving me a printout of an email that I had to proofread. Great experience overall.
