Applied online and heard back from them about 6 weeks later. That should have been a warning sign. Had a 30 minute phone interview with HR. Typical behavioral questions and explanation of what the company does and how it works. I was asked about my expected range and countered by asking their budget. HR lady told me she was not at liberty to discuss the salary range for the position. I pressed further and ultimately threw a high number out to just to see what she would say. She only said that would be a higher range of what they offer for a perfect candidate. That should have been a second warning sign... Was passed onto the VP of HR for an online video interview and it was much the same as the 1st HR interview with behavioral questions and my expected range. Once again, I asked what they had budgeted and the VP of HR refused to answer that question. After about an hour-long interview, I was told that they'd let me know if I passed onto the next round. I ultimately did not, but am not sad about this opportunity. They only have about 20 people in their Phoenix office, yet I was told their interview process would have up to 5 rounds. What they are asking you to do and what they are trying to pay are not equal. It took forever to get an email back asking to interview, and I guess they decided I would not be a fit based solely on behavioral questions and not intellect, experience, or ability. I can now see why the other interviews posted here all have no offer. For an organization with less than 50 employees, this company acts like they're Amazon or Facebook or Google.
