Forescout was one of the best interview experiences I've had in these last two months of interviewing. I exchanged emails with the recruiter who set me up with the hiring manager who then passed me onto the 'panel' round which was two individual interviews. After that they made a decision. I applaud their culture of enabling the hiring manager to make a decision and not have to have the opinion of 6 or 7 others. It was a quick and pleasant experience (and would have been better if I'd received an offer...).
