My first contact was with the senior HR recruiting specialist. He liked my answers and made a recommendation to bring me in to meet the hiring manager and his team. I came in the following week to meet with the Director of Manufacturing and four members of his team. I had a 40 minute interview with the hiring manager and thirty minute interviews with each team member. This interview session concluded with a wrap-up interview with the HR representative. This seems to be an upcoming company and I had a good interview experience with them.
