there will be first round of telephonic interveiw of basic questions and then in the second round they conduct an hr technical questions and then an just interactive session wtih manager . i have cleared all of them and i dont know on what basis they are selecting the candidates as they initially informed of selected , later on they made changes to the list they have selected . there by it informs that they don't have clarity over whom they are looking for and lack of management efficinecy in the firm
