The Interview was four parts; 1. Initial Phone Screen 2. Semi-Technical talk with Team Lead 3. Take Home Assignment 4. Panel to Discuss Assignment Submission All parts of the process went pretty smoothly and I felt that the final round went very well with the team. After the final round, I reached out after a week because I had not heard anything and was told a decision was still being made. A little over three weeks after the final round I reached out again because I still had not gotten an update. I finally got a response from the People Team contact telling me they thought someone else was in contact with me (for some reason) and that they weren't moving forward with my candidacy. I asked if I could have feedback from the team because I thought it had gone so well but the People Team contact went back to ghosting me. It was a pretty good interview process until it was back in the hands of the people team who really ruined the candidate experience.
