The company required me to take a Wonderlic assessment once during the recruitment process. During the on-site interview, I was required to take the Wonderlic assessment again so that it could be proctored, a written Math test (no calculator; multiplication, division, etc.), a written grammar test, a 1-minute keyboard typing speed test, and a 1-minute 10-key numpad typing speed test. These could have been taken remotely, and did not make sense for the position applied for. Afterwards, the candidate was walked upstairs into a conference room and joined virtually by a higher-up who presides over IT infrastructure, and in-person by two team-leads. Interviewers asked questions about the candidate's resume, and probed for some technical knowledge.
