Got an interview through a recruiter. The interview was in front of five managers, each who had basic questions. Their knowledge about Forcepoint's product was severely limited. I still had no idea about the position and responsibilties, and they had no idea as well. I was not too excited about the company or people after the interview.

The interview process was very smooth, and the recruiter ensured I was kept updated all the time. The recruiter made sure the interview was scheduled based off my availability and schedule. The panel was equally knowledgable ranging between the managers to sr managers.
