Applied on LinkedIn and got an email hours later the same day to schedule a 30min video call interview. During that call I was asked to talk about myself and my experience, what I know about Fora and why I want to work there. Towards the end of the call I was progressed to the next stage which was a group interview the next day, which involved a combination of group tasks and individual one to one sessions with different managers. We were told we would hear back on Monday (it was Friday) with feedback regardless of the outcome. Monday came, I got the call and got the offer! It was overall a very wholesome experience during the group interview and felt immersive in the company culture :) everyone was lovely and welcoming.
