I had two phone interviews before a 1:1. My first set of calls was with the internal recruiter, and the second interview was with a person who worked in a capacity similar to my position, at the executive level. I then interviewed with a regional manager, as interim market-level manager.

The interview process was great. Timely response, very nice office, professional atmosphere. The manager hiring was well versed, polite and respectful. All questions were relevant to the job. I was made to feel very comfortable during the interview. I do wish I would have gotten a little better feel for if I was going to be in the running.
