Thorough interview process including phone screen, computerized skills tests and behavioral questionnaire, panel interview, writing sample, background check, and driving history. Spent a lot of time on the process only to receive a rejection letter in the mail. Would have appreciated an opportunity to speak with someone to understand what disqualified me for the position.
