Limited communication but good intentions. I believe they did the best they could with what they had. Limited questions and more Informative than anything else. Provided information about the job.

My initial conversation with TA was very exciting and intriguing. I felt our conversation was pleasant, enjoyable and I was eager to learn more. I was told my answers were spot on and genuine, I was even told I would make a great fit. The conversation ended with the promise for a follow up at the beginning of the following week. When that didn't happen, I took the initiative to follow up myself but with no response. I did receive a generic rejection email 2 weeks later which surprised me because I was told I would be progressing in the process but was ultimately led on. It has truly left a bad impression of the brand and how they treat their candidates much less their employees.
