Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Foot Locker (Greenville, SC)
Entrevista
I put in an application and had an interview the next day. I was interviewed by the assistant store manager, who was very friendly and personable. I didn't get any of the "tell me a time when...", "how would you handle..." interview questions. It was more of a casual interview...tell me about yourself, would be comfortable with, etc. Basically, try not to come off as shy, be able hold a conversation, and you'll be fine. The interview was maybe 20 min and I was offered the position on the spot.

I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
