I applied online. A few days later they called and asked me to come in at some point during the day for an interview. The initial interview was with a group of people. They asked us a few opinionated questions. I was not called back and did not receive the job.

Who do you think is a big fashion icon at the moment?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
