After having a phone interview I was set to go in for an interview with the manager but once I arrived I was told the manager was on vacation so I interviewed with an assitant manager which lasted a total of 5 minutes. He assured me I would get called in for a second interview but that has not occurred

I applied online, called in for a simple phone screening, then scheduled an interview at the local store. Went in for in for my interview with the manager and after he told me details about the job and what I'd be doing, I was hired on the spot. Did a drug test and signed some more papers and that was that.
