Applied online, then later on received a call for an interview went in for interview. Met with the store's general manager who conducted the interview. Interview was fairly quick with basic questions of understanding and work availability

Straightforward online interview with minimal in person. Questions online, followed up with phone and some final in person admin work. This was a pretty simple process that required very little time and investment on my end.
