I knew the people who interviewed me, as a disclaimer. They brought me to the back room to talk about what they'd need for me to do. We discussed pay and what I made at my previous job which was effectively the same position.
The interview process was smooth. Honestly it was longer than expected but not difficult. They asked standard interview questions. I would recommend preparing for the interview and looking up standard interview questions.

Standard Interview Questions. Only 1 Interview with Produce Manager and Store Manager. Questions were typical interview questions and had to give background on previous experience. Most questions came from the direct manager that would be in charge of the new hire.

I interviewed with the produce manager in the office. It was one-on-one and the interview lasted around 10-15 minutes. I was asked questions about my availability and work history and we also negotiated my starting wage.
