Got a call about a week after applying, and was asked to come in as soon as possible for an interview. I interviewed with a manager, who asked me about information on my resume and asked only two pretty good interview questions. From the point, the conversation went on for maybe 30 minutes where the position was explained along with another posistion where they would hope to move me up to. Immediately offered me the job afterwards. Interviewer was very pleasant, and easy to talk to.
