Their interview process was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The director of recruiting did an excellent job providing me with information and access to their top executives, including lunch with the CEO. They were open and honest about current business challenges and their efforts to disrupt conventional thinking. The process was well organized and I immediately felt welcome. Other employees who weren't part of my interview process were similarly friendly and welcomed my questions about the culture and work environment.
