Interview was very professional. 3 people were on the panel asking many questions about customer service. I suggest demonstrating your interpersonal skills, adaptability, calmness and passion. This job is less about the wine ( wine is easy to learn) but more about excellent customer service, team work, being detailed and solution focused.
