This company’s HR are the infamous “ghosts”. At first, I thought the process was going well. HR person who interviewed me was really friendly and seemed really impressed and all that. I took and passed multiple exams, excel tests, and etc. I was told I will be contacted for the second round within a week. It sounded so promising. Then weeks after weeks and kind follow-ups... nothing from them. They should have at least informed me through text if I am dropped and what are the things I can improve on instead of leading me on. It is SO UNPROFESSIONAL to ghost hopeful applicants especially at this hard time. Applicants are humans too and I’m sure they wouldn’t want to be in the same situation as the applicants they ghost. Says alot about the culture, doesn’t it?
