answered to their craig's list ad and got a call within 2 days. It must have been a 10 minute call asking a little more about my resume and what i was looking for. I scheduled an interview for the next week. The in person interview was pretty straight-forward and lasted no more than 15 minutes. I had the requirements that they were looking for and told me hiw muchh they would pay to start. No issue.
