4 interviews, took over an hour each time. Got to the final interview and everything was looking promising. Then I told them I had a prior misdemeanor For drinking and driving on my record from three years ago, and for that reason alone, they did not hire me. My experience is amazing and my references rocked. They emphasize on compassion yet I saw zero compassion from them after I wasted my time, rearranging my schedule to fit their ridiculous interviewing process
