Had a first-round interview with two interviewers. One seemed friendly and asked standard questions, while the other seemed hostile and only asked me to describe the minutiae of how various processes worked at my current job. After I described them, he would say "That's not how we do it here" and describe Flywheel's process, then move on without giving me a chance to respond. He never tried to frame questions in such a way as to find out how I would react to Flywheel's environment and workflows; he only seemed interested in finding someone who had experience with processes that matched Flywheel's exactly.

Entrevista
The process was casual, which was nice. One-on-one interview to discuss my goals and what the positions at Flywheel entail. They were upfront about the fact that there will be 60-hour work weeks, and that this is not a 9–5 agency. The good thing about Flywheel is that they take chances on those with no medical writing or editing experience. The bad news is that there seems to be quite a bit of work, and their entry points are at the absolute lowest end of the market salary range.
