It was unexpected to receive a message via WhatsApp at 11:13pm, asking for my availability for future interviews, with no acknowledgment of my response. Subsequent attempts to communicate were met with delays and ultimately culminated in a last-minute interview request on Friday afternoon, leaving me with minimal time to prepare and uncertain about the nature of the next stage. The job description indicated a straightforward process involving only a thirty-minute call with the recruiter, a business manager call, and a case study. However, the actual process included several additional stages, which were not fully disclosed upfront, leading to a lack of transparency for candidates.
