was offered the role I interviewed for and 45min later was called back telling me they had me confused with another candidate who offer was actually for. Not sure how a mistake like this could be made, especially by their VP of talent. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence they have the right leadership in place to succeed. Very unprofessional.
