It was about 30 minutes for about two different interviews. I was asked behavioural questions, the second interview was with the CS manager , then the final step is a video for the CEO.
Interview was with multiple applicants and the contact centre managers and Human Resources. Questions were on resolving practical scenarios for customer queries. They also asked each person to describe themselves.

It was seamless. I wrote the assessment and was invited to the interview and case study. The session had about 5 panel members. They gave us a case study and gave us about 20 minutes to read and discuss with them, where they allowed us to deliberate and after that, they asked us some questions individually
