Three interviews in total - one with the recruitment person, one with the hiring manager and finally a panel interview with the hiring manager and a panel. Almost It took a week for feedback from final interview and in total it took 6 weeks, including in depth exercise and they still wanted more information following the feedback (when it was clear that I was not being offered the role). I was never told the exact salary other than it was within my expectations. All this for a 12 month contract and no guarantee of a job at the end. I felt I was kept hanging on until they approved someone else. If that's their attitude to interviews, what would it be like to work for them? A bullet dodged!
