First stage interview was remote with a 3 page presentation task included. Passed through to a 2nd stage in-person interview at their Leeds office which required a day off in my current role to travel there and back. After this I heard nothing. I followed up with the recruiter after two weeks, who apologised and said she will chase up the results of the interviews and I heard nothing since. It has been 6 months and I withdrew my application recently. The process from applying to the 2nd interview was approximately 2 months. It is extraordinarily unprofessional to not have the courtesy to send an applicant an email on the outcome of their interview process after multiple rounds of interviews, a presentation task, and 2 months of waiting - particularly experienced applicants who are extremely busy as it is in their current roles and have taken the time to do this on top of their current role. I wouldn't be interested in applying here again and my experience seems to reflect other experiences on here so it isn't the first time.
