The interview process had two technical rounds, one CEO round followed by HR round. The process was pathetic. After clearing all the rounds, HR asked me to provide them legal documents such as Aadhar or PAN card for releasing the offer letter. After releasing the offer letter, these original documents will be kept with them and they will give it back to you after you spend 3 months in the company. How could you ask for original documents to be kept with you until the person joins your organisation. Disgusting!
