Had to continuous chase the HR rep, the manager - no one knew the budget, the salary, the compensation or the start date. They sent an offer via Whatsapp and I accepted and then they went cold. Chased them for a contract, that "was coming." Three days before the start date, they said they did not have the budget - did not even formerly retract the offer. Not even a call - all done via text. Highly unprofessional through the entire process.
