Earlier this year I was approached by the recruiter based in the Philippines for a exploratory chat for a position, she never asked the availability of the candidate and scheduled an online meeting right away. I responded to her email and trying to re-schedule. Never received a response.
Interestingly, another recruiter from the Philippines reached out for the same position several months later with the same habbit not asking candidate's availability during the interview process, nevertheless, went through the interview process with the hiring manager/HR and got an verbal offer from the recruiter during an online meeting, provided my expectations (and the recruiter said the number falls within the range and will push forward for management approval) and exchanged WhatsApp for better communication per recruiters request. Two days later, received an low-balled offer through Whatsapp, significantly lower than my expectations. While I am evaluating my options, I was asked when would be the preferred start date and then she went radio silent!
Few days later, got a rejection email from the Fluence recruiting software Lever.
Never received an official offer! Worst experience ever in my entire career. Current TA team should be fired. DO NOT work for this company....what a joke.
