      I like Flowspace as a company but the interview process left a bad taste in my mouth. I was contacted to attend an open house - which I did. I have been on other open houses and group interviews before but never with 15+ people on the call. They broke the job and the duties down very well, but it became clear very quickly the job that was advertised was broken into 4 tiers and it was much much more entry-level than I thought it would be. I got the feeling they were looking for someone from a call center that they could train up rather than someone who had done the role before. They had the call down on the calendar for 2 hours but we were only on zoon for about 30 minutes. They then said that we would receive a call from one of three recruiters - but not to be worried if we only spoke with them for 3-5 minutes. What can you possibly find out about someone in 3-5 minutes. I think this is a fine company and probably a good entry-level job but I found it misrepresented and not intended to actually get to know the applicants.
